Notes about DVD and your event:

 

There is more than one menu button on your remote. Experiment with the results of hitting each one. With our DVD's one will save you time, returning you to the last MENU you were in (such as CLASS) rather than setting you back at the starting MENU.

DVD is still a new and changing media without strict standards and protocols for DVD PLAYERS. After SONY and MITSUBISHI, it's a wide open field, and certain "lower priced" models may respond oddly under certain circumstances. We have tried to give you MULTIPLE ways to watch the DVD so nothing is blocked from your view.

If after troubleshooting, you still cannot get your DVD to play to your satisfaction, we will exchange it for you, AT NO CHARGE. We require you to send the DVD back to us because we have to determine if the DVD is damaged, or it occurred at another point in manufacturing - and frequently it will play with no errors in another DVD player model, so we may use it again, possibly. • Do not return the case, just the DVD wrapped, protected in several sheets of paper.

My DVD doesn't play:


First off, let us know immediately. There are a lot of factors. Most frequently, it's an older player, or an incompatible model. (Older for a DVD player would be only 2 years old). We have a no questions asked even exchange policy. About the half the DVD's that are returned go on to work well in different players, and a small amount, about 1 in every 15, can be on defective media, often playable by a computer, but NOT by a DVD player. We quality control and check, but we are using computers DVD, and SONY advanced professional players. We will exchange it immediately, without you having to return the defective DVD until you get your replacement.* [You have 30 days to return the defective media]


Is my credit card information secure?


All information transmitted is ENCRYPTED using software and systems provided by eCatalogBuilders. We are in the process of moving all services over from iBill so certain product pages may still have the iBill logo.


How long is delivery?


It varies depending on the product. Most products ship the following day. We officially state 2 - 4 weeks on events that have already happened. If you are ordering an event that is about to happen, or just happened, it is 6 - 8 weeks.
